Return to Barry Harmon's Artisan Bread Baking

Panmarino partially baked. Partially baked, 30 minutes. The recipe says the total time should be 50 minutes, but my loaves baked quicker than that. I baked for 30 minutes, then turned the loaves. They hit 200F / 93C after 10 more mnutes, a total of 40 minutes.
