Soft roll dough finished fold. The soft roll dough all folded. Take the dough from the 3 o'clock position and fold it a little more than half way toward the 9 o'clock positon. Take the dough from the 9 o'clock position and fold it back over the dough toward where the 3 o'clock position used to be. This will give you a dough that looks like the one in the picture.
