Return to Barry Harmon's Artisan Bread Baking

All baked. Finished baking at 35 minutes of oven time and 5 minutes in the oven after I turned it off. This deepens the crust a bit. I baked these to an internal temperature of 200F / 93C. I 'd say they got at least two times oven spring, maybe a bit more. These rate pretty well on my basketboule scale.
