This section has links to two sections, the first with short recipes, just the mechanics. These are recipes of breads I have made recently. They assume that the reader knows something about bread and bread baking. These are complete recipes, they just don't have much in the way of detail and they will, from time to time, discuss mistakes and goofs. The second section has miscellaneous pictures: some friends and some breads I have baked, some successfully, some less so. (I baked the breads, not the people.)
